Delivery & Shipping

Orders will be fulfilled on the next business day after payment is received and verified.  

Orders with pending payments may automatically be canceled at our discretion after 3 business days. We appreciate your understanding.

Standard shipping by Janio takes 1 to 3 business days. Shipping fees are charged according to weight per destination starting from SGD$3.40 for orders 5 kg and below. Delivery is usually during office hours from 10 am to 6 pm. We advise you to provide us with your office address should you be unavailable at home during this period of time.

If you choose the next-day shipping, the cut-off time is 11.59 pm (i.e. orders after midnight will be fulfilled on the following business day). The shipping fee per destination is SGD$5 per destination regardless of weight. We will contact you to schedule a convenient timing for delivery.
